Graphic Design for Schools

School Postcards

““At School Postcards, I help schools bring their identity, values and vision to life through creative, engaging design. From school logos and brand identities to characters, wall graphics, window displays and visual resources, every project is created to reflect the unique personality and ethos of the school.

I have a background in illustration and spent more than 12 years working in corporate identity design before setting up School Postcards in 2012. After seeing the positive impact that thoughtful design could have within education, I wanted to create a service dedicated to helping schools communicate more effectively and inspire their pupils.

A key part of my approach is involving children in the creative process. I love listening to their ideas, encouraging their imaginations and giving them the opportunity to help shape designs that will become part of their school environment. This creates a real sense of pride and ownership while making the finished work more meaningful and engaging.

Every school is different, so I work closely with headteachers, leadership teams and pupils to understand what they want to achieve. My aim is to create designs that do more than simply look good—they should communicate clearly, support learning and development objectives, promote positive values and help create an environment where children feel inspired to learn and thrive.””
