About Liz Cooper
Liz has been a registered Nutritional Therapist since 2010 and is also a Breathwork and Meditation Practitioner, Forest Bathing Guide, and Accredited Health Coach. With a specialisation in the microbiome, particularly the gut microbiome and the gut-brain axis, Liz helps individuals optimise their health through both individual consultations and group workshops.
Liz has spent over 15 years working in the health and wellness industry, including six years as a Nutritional Advisor for a probiotics company, training healthcare professionals on gut health. She’s a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and is registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
